Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of the "15-Minute Gentle Reset" guide are final. Once the digital file has been purchased and delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damages and issues Please inspect your digital file upon reception. If you encounter any technical issues with downloading or accessing the file, please contact us immediately at resetgently@gmail.com so that we can resolve the issue and ensure you receive your copy.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, please note that by downloading or accessing the digital content, you express your consent to waive this right of withdrawal, as the product is digital and provided immediately.
